Administrative and managerial duties
- Providing professional leadership and supporting the principal in operation and academic matters through comprehensive understanding of the curriculum (School Self Evaluation and Whole School Improvement) to draw up a school improvement plan (SIP)
- Assisting with school readiness and timetable formation and teacher profiling.
- Assisting with Admissions and verification of register completion and data capturing
Assisting with PMDS and other human resource related school functions.
Managing quality in teaching and learning, working with HODs regarding monitoring curriculum management and also through LTSM (Learners and Teacher resources). Assisting with School assessments, assessment irregularities (SAIC) and learners assessment support (SBST).
Developing and empowering teachers through facilitation of DMS and supporting staff

- Assisting the principal in overseeing learner counselling and guidance, careers, discipline, compulsory attendance and the general welfare of all learners;
- Assisting the principal to play an active role in promoting extra- and co-curricular activities at the school and the participation in sports and cultural activities organised by community bodies;
