behavioural therapy, person-centred counselling, trauma healing, and crisis intervention. Skilled
in individual and group counselling, case management, and developing treatment plans for
diverse populations including healthcare workers, correctional services clients, survivors of
domestic violence, and hospital patients. Dedicated to creating safe, empathetic environments
that promote mental health and resilience.
