RequirementsQualifications: Higher Education Degree/Diploma OR a recognized English teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent). Experience: Minimum 1 year of online or classroom teaching experience. Accent/Fluency: Native English speaker with clear pronunciation. Schedule & Availability: Available during Beijing Time peak hours (09:00 AM – 16:00 PM SAST). Flexible part-time and full-time options available (minimum 4 to 8 hours per day preferred). Technical Infrastructure: Laptop/Desktop PC with a webcam and dedicated headset/microphone. High-speed, stable fiber internet connection.
