The instructor set a great tone which helped the groups function well. She was very experienced and had great ideas to share. Glad I signed up for this course. - Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The classroom element was fantastic All restrictions with regard to COVID were adhered to, but a classroom atmosphere which was interactive and fun was still maintained.

At the start of the course, she helped to create a fun atmosphere which helped to settle nerves. She was thorough and practical. Réne was willing to answer all our questions. She was approachable, friendly and had alot of personal experiences that she was able to share with us which was very helpful.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Luan was a fantastic course leader. Everything was done professionally and truly made the online work come to life. This experience allowed me to have a higher level of engagement with the course work and practice lesson planning in real life scenarios.
