- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The instructor (Carmen) was great. She was engaging, real, funny and very knowledgeable. It was really nice that she had first had TEFL experience that she could share with us. The day was planned out very well and covered everything we would need with caveats for people wanting to do online teaching. I would highly recommend to anyone to do the classroom part of the course.
