I learnt a lot. The videos he showed was very well presented. He brought the lessons to life. He made us feel very comfortable and at ease. When we did the presentations, he gave us positive feedback and asked us in which areas we think we could have improved. He didn't criticise us and make us feel uncomfortable. Our trainer was great. The classroom element was, I feel, essential to the entire course and answered many questions about TEFL teaching in general that I would not have been able to ask. It was great to connect with other students and I felt it was a very worthwhile weekend.

The class worked well together partly because of Raquel's ability to draw us together as a group and share what we already know in order to connect to new knowledge. She had many ideas on how and what to teach and why. She was extremely knowledgeable on teaching in the TEFL world and answered all our questions.
