The response from the office to any queries was in a very swift manner, and the staff were very helpful in any circumstances. For example, I had to extend my course, which was managed in a very swift manner. I strongly recommend others to learn TEFL level 5 with the TEFL Academy, as it is a very worthwhile course in terms of personal development, and the course fee is very reasonable too. I am extremely happy with the support (in assignment feedback and the administrative support from the office) I was given throughout my learning journey. If I need to study any further courses again, then I will definitely study with the TEFL Academy again in future.
