How satisfied were you with your Online TEFL course?
A.
I was truly impressed by the quality of the course materials. The program is thoughtfully designed and prepares you to consider all the key aspects of teaching English as a second language. The engaging content, practical teaching tools, and well-designed assignments provided excellent models for planning and delivering effective lessons, while also allowing a fair and balanced assessment of my progress.

- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Having only started the online course recently, having concepts explained in person makes me feel more prepared to take on the content. The facilitator (Luan) was excellent at the teaching and was very encouraging and friendly overall.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. She is very good at explaining, simplifying new concepts. She made us feel at ease with having to learn new content and take part in activities.

The work was explained and presented very well and I definitely feel well equip to dive into the world of TEFL. Assignments were also marked very quickly with a lot of very helpful feedback. Email communication with the support team was very satisfactory.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I think her approach was instrumental in us deriving the maximum amount of benefit possible for a ten hour class. In terms of the classroom element, I feel the facility was very good, i.e. adequate lighting, room temperature, water provided and the classroom was not overcrowded.

I feel that the tutor displayed a passion for what she was doing and clearly was very experienced. The manner of her interaction with the class made me feel comfortable and her excitement was infectious. Also, she encouraged the asking of questions.

I felt supported the whole time, and the course actually made me feel confident and ready to move forward. I’m really glad I did it.
