James is a great TEFL tutor. He holds all the attributes I hope to be as a teacher. Calm, confident, reassuring and encouraged a positive learning space for us. He gave really useful and relevant activities throughout the day. He also kept it interactive by getting us to physically move around the room and mix with different students. I thought the Latvian language lesson was a perfect example in teaching how to elicit target language with good props as well.

Each unit within this course was well explained with relevant examples and references. I understood each lesson well. Each lesson goes in depth about what you are teaching and how to teach them to learners. I feel confident in what I have learnt about teaching English to go out and teach others.

Having only started the online course recently, having concepts explained in person makes me feel more prepared to take on the content. The facilitator (Luan) was excellent at the teaching and was very encouraging and friendly overall.
