- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I am a shy person by nature and as a shy person the one thing we dread the most is the ice breaker. The ice breaker for the class was a total different method than the ones I have usually had to endure. It was fun and it broke the ice completely with no hesitations or fears. Thereafter being in the class was awesome with awesome people and an awesome teacher. Baphiwe made the class fun, easy to understand and she was very helpful. She made wanting to be a teacher so cool. I really learnt so much from just 1 day. I came out of my "shell" so to speak and I absolutely loved it. I have already recommended The TEFL Academy to so many people. Thank you guys!!!
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. Baphiwe was very polite and professional. She was informative, she was always helpful no matter how many times we asked the same question if we did not understand anything. She made wanting to teach fun.

The course went over almost everything covered in the online course so I could consolidate my learning. We were allowed to try all the learning methods for ourselves and get a taste for what it is like to teach. Overall extremely satisfied with the guidance of the teacher and what we covered!
