- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The classroom course gave me the confidence to stand up and give lessons in front of, at least, 20 adults. The trainer was very prepared and encouraged all the students to believe in themselves. I don't have words to describe how much I appreciate to have Judy as instructor.

Before going to class, I had no idea how I would handle 10-hr lecture for each day. I also was kind of suspicious about the effectiveness of the classroom. But I got really fascinated by the unique structure of the class.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. She is such an amazing instructor. She is active, confident and highly responsive. She knows the materials very well and answered our questions quite clearly. I have been teaching Business English Courses both online and in class for two years. Still I learnt a lot from her teaching style.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I thought that the classroom element of the course was good because the teacher/lecturer Judy was very friendly, patient and relaxed. The number of people in the room was suitable, with a good range of ages and backgrounds. The teaching episodes of 5-10 minutes were challenging because I get extremely nervous standing in front of groups of people. However, Judy and the majority of the other students were friendly enough to not make anyone else feel embarrassed or silly. Judy threw out a great range of knowledge and valuable advice which she related to her own experiences, which I thought was nice. The breaks were long enough and I quite enjoyed the fact that it was all done in a conference room of a hotel.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The teacher was great. She explained everything very clearly. There was a clear progression and she made us all feel at ease. It was very enjoyable and I learned a lot.

- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The entire weekend was fun. The atmosphere was great and our facilitator was amazing! Her energy and dedication was just what we needed. I learnt alot from her.

We learned a lot about the course and our tutor went out of her way to talk to us about her experiences abroad and what we could expect when we go too. Our tutor made the weekend extra special.
