A.
Predominantly the inspiration provided. However I also found my confidence has grown because of the contact time and I am now more aware of the opportunities which this qualification provides. Finally, and equally as important as the first point, I had many many bad experiences with teachers during my own education. Whilst I was driven to education by my own bad experiences I have become more determined to succeed as a result of such a positive experience with Brett, our course leader.

The venue is well situated and close to bus routes, the environment beautifully relaxed and conducive to study. The classroom layout made it possible for all students to participate and be engaged. The flow and structure of the course are well thought out and delivered very professionally.

Luan is most probably the best tutor I have ever encountered. Her elegant demeanour and vibrant enthusiasm made me want to pay attention and her passion for language is contagious. Luan was very approachable while at the same time maintaining an air of authority and experience. Her presentation of the course material was beyond professional and the timing and flow impeccable. I am very grateful for having had the opportunity to be tutored by her.
