The facilitator was excellent. She creates a comfortable environment where participation was encouraged and learning was made easy. The course material was easy to follow and improved understanding of all aspects of the course. All in all the experience was fantastic and extremely rewarding.

I was quite impressed with the way the classroom element was presented. The fact that we also got to put our new-found knowledge to the test was also a good experience. I am an introvert so being out of my comfort zone wasn't always easy, but it helped gain some much-needed insight and confidence which will be helpful in the future.

The way in which he conducted himself made the lessons quite good. His energy was lively which made the class more interesting. He set the right mood which eased us into being more open and involved. I enjoyed how he made everyone participated and interact, not only with him but with the actual course content. His feedback sessions were good, as he gave insightful and also gave constructive criticism. He was a good tutor
