I never lost interest in what was presented during the class sessions and the teaching exercises were also very helpful to exercise what was taught and to get a taste of what it would be like to teach.

The facilitator was excellent. She creates a comfortable environment where participation was encouraged and learning was made easy. The course material was easy to follow and improved understanding of all aspects of the course. All in all the experience was fantastic and extremely rewarding.

Q.
How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course?
A.
I was quite impressed with the way the classroom element was presented. The fact that we also got to put our new-found knowledge to the test was also a good experience. I am an introvert so being out of my comfort zone wasn't always easy, but it helped gain some much-needed insight and confidence which will be helpful in the future.
