- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I think that the theoretical material we were given was a good way to get a general idea of the whole online course and that the practical lessons we had to prepare and present were an excellent opportunity to learn from our own and our classmates' strengths and weaknesses.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the TEFL Tutor? A. I really appreciate the knowledge Sheila, our teacher, has on the TEFL material. I have to say that she has been one of the best teachers I've ever had! Not only because she has an extremely good command of the TEFL methodology and how to share it with students, but also because she is a role model. She is a very calmed and friendly person, which contributes to generate a really comfortable environment in the class. And she is also an extremely smiling and motivating person who always highlights the strengths of her students, whatever they are.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I enjoyed the interaction with others who are the same journey as myself. I gained a better understanding of the coursework. I find that i grasp concepts much quicker if they are being demonstrated to me and Luan did an excellent job of that. The guidance and feedback she provided is invaluable. Errors and misunderstandings are able to be remedied as they occur.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the TEFL Tutor? A. I enjoyed the manner in which she conducted the class. Students were engaged at all times. She made the experience fun and a memorable one. Luan encompasses all the qualities of what I believe to be a good teacher. If I am able to leave any course with the ability to teach others what I have learned, to me that is a job well done.

- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I feel it ought to be an integral compulsory element of the course. The benefits of actual classroom teaching practice shouldn't be underestimated.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the TEFL Tutor? A. Emma was excellent. Well-prepared, thought provoking sessions that gave an insight into the realities of TESOL. She was able to draw on her own experiences within different settings to highlight the different approaches needed and the importance of catering to the needs of particular students; she gave helpful suggestions for varying lesson plans and great advice for future job applications. Very thorough. They were also really enjoyable and fun sessions!
