Take inspiration from their knowledge and experience of TEFL.
The TEFL Academy is the world's leading TEFL course provider. Our courses are designed to effectively teach our students the fundamental skills to enable them to be successful at teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL).
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I liked the way the course was structured, our tutor was very experienced and knowledgeable. The fact that we were a small group (6 students) made the teaching practice less daunting.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. John was very approachable, knowledgeable and provided very useful feedback throughout both days.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Judy was an excellent teacher - she was directive when required but coached/facilitated our learning. I have been working in Human Resources for the past 5 years. I've been wanting to do TEFL for 10 years and finally signed up. Judy made it an enjoyable experience and really got the group working well together. I learned so much from the intensive 20 hours weekend course. For example, ice breakers, activities, teacher talk time (10%-90%) etc that I will take into my TEFL teaching career.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. Judy was engaging, caring and fun. She made the class enjoyable for everyone involved and has inspired me to pursue TEFL teaching opportunities overseas.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Cha (trainer) presented a very good workshop. I felt comfortable asking questions when in doubt or I didn't know something, and she involved everyone in discussions and the lesson. The class was a very good mix of abilities and ages and the location/venue was excellent.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. Cha was very friendly and accommodating of different students needs and abilities. She is a very good teacher. Cha explained content of the online component in greater detail putting the online learning in greater context and easier to understand.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I thought that the classroom session was very helpful and very detailed. The tutor explained everything perfectly which was really good because if I came across something like this on my own, it would be hard to understand so it was better that we had someone tell us all about it, make us feel more comfortable with the course and it definitely boosted up my confidence. The atmosphere was incredible, had a laugh as well, so it made the whole experience more enjoyable.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. Absolutely the most amazing tutor I had. Not only was he really nice but his teaching skills, and the way he taught us was brilliant, really easy to follow and understand. When help was needed he was there to explain. He made the whole 20hrs session really fun and enjoyable, so it was really exciting coming into the classroom in the morning.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The facilitator was extremely kind and helpful. Had no doubts about anything, whatsoever. Useful information and an extremely good experience.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. The tutor was very open and honest about everything. Covered the course fluently and managed to maintain the good work
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Our instructor Luan was absolutely amazing! Apart from the course itself I’ve learned sooooo much from watching her in action and facilitating the class! Great experience
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Luan was amazing! I learned more in 2 days from her, than 2 years in a previous course.
