- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I found that the tutor Gareth really knew what he was talking about, he tried to make us feel extremely comfortable with the course we will be completing and also helped us out by telling us scenarios and experiences he had been through. The classroom element of the course also goes through a lot of information and gives you more confidence as you are asked to plan and carry out a lesson. Over all I found this element if the course really helpful and a lovely environment.

He has so much experience and knowledge and that gets put into his teaching which makes people feel more comfortable. Knowing that Gareth has done TEFL for many years and uses his knowledge to the best of his ability made me feel at ease knowing that I was being taught relevant stuff by someone who knows exactly what he is talking about and knows exactly what it is like to have been in a situation similar to yourself.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I learnt a lot from the teacher and he explained the grammars that I didn't understand. The teacher was really nice and provided me with a lot of information about jobs.

- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL tutor? A. The teacher was excellent! You could tell that Mike has almost two decades of teaching experience. He was enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge and did not mind explaining more complex ideas multiple times until everybody understood. Mike was happy to answer all our grammar, pronunciation, teaching, etc.questions. We received plenty of tips. I especially enjoyed methods and games to keep lessons interested Mike has shown us. Every single minute of the 20 hours course was used to prepare us to our future roles and to make sure that our performances as teachers in the future will be satisfying for our pupils and employers. I couldn't have wished for a better tutor.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. There were a range of teaching styles and a lot of chance to communicate with and learn from other students. I felt that I learnt a lot and gained teaching practice. I was in a small group so it was very personal. I enjoyed the weekend.
