- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Facing back to back 10 hour days was daunting, I wasn't looking forward to the course but our instructor was fantastic! She really made the time go by quickly, she was friendly, approachable, informative and clearly very experienced. She answered all of our questions aptly and structured our time around our reasons for studying TEFL. She gave me advice for an upcoming interview, helped other students look for jobs and gave us lots of great ideas of how we could further our education with TEFL and start new careers.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. As I mentioned in the last question, our tutor was seriously amazing. I was impressed with her demeanor, she was so calm and relaxed and managed our time perfectly. I felt it was a shame the course was not longer when I leaving.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The overall presentation of the classroom created a positive learning environment. The facilitator was extremely educated and well respected. Always maintained a level of respect and not once did she make anyone feel as if they were stupid or asked a stupid question. She had a very warm, loving and understanding relationship with each individual and gave each person the fair amount of attention they required. She was well dressed and presented herself positively. Allowed each one to express themselves freely and comfortably. I really recommend her to run this training for many more years to come and make much more successful dreams come true.

She was not for one second irritated or upset for the level of understanding we had and took great amount of patience when repeating in order to make sure everyone understands. She took us on the journey with her and not once were we left behind.
