The course lecturer was very welcoming which allowed for me to feel comfortable in regards to asking any questions around any topics that were covered. I learned a lot over the course of the two days and the lessons flowed very well. The topics that were covered would be extremely important when teaching English and I was very satisfied with the learning experience that I gained.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. The course tutor had a vast array of knowledge regarding the topic areas that were covered and helped with any queries that were made over the course of the two days. The course tutor was also very welcoming from the beginning of the course and used some great ice breakers in order for fellow students to work together. This allowed for good cohesion and a great understanding surrounding different topics to be made when studying.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Every aspect of the course was covered. We were given full details in the classroom of what things to anticipate in longer detail online, in books and in our future preparation. This included the best places to use for research and lesson planning. The teacher was very confident, funny and friendly, quickly putting everyone at ease and readying / mastering the use of teaching with ease to ensure we were all happy and agreed on the course and daily outcomes, for the intensive weekend. Lots of variety in the activities kept everyone interested and each module came with the experience and context of examples that the instructor was able to provide, to give meaning to any queries that came up. No one left the course in doubt of there next steps. The games and tasks were refreshing and fun.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. I couldn't fault her. If I were to take the course again, I would be hoping to have a tutor of her high calibre, fun personality, experience and expertise.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I liked the teacher Liz, she taught it well and I learned many new things on the course which left me satisfied with the two day course. Her ability to simplify everything and make it seem easily accessible is a skill that clearly comes with experience. The class was great.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. Liz was absolutely fabulous. Her energy so enthusiastic, genuine, fun, positive and shared so much wealth of knowledge of all her years experience working and travelling about teaching English. She was always willing to assist with any questions and reconfirm if we understood especially the lessons. I feel very excited to keep on my TEFL journey and even more enthusiastic to learn and develop myself as a person with my English as well as be capable to teach others.
