I liked the teacher Liz, she taught it well and I learned many new things on the course which left me satisfied with the two day course. Her ability to simplify everything and make it seem easily accessible is a skill that clearly comes with experience. The class was great.

- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The instructor was excellent. She was engaging and made learning very easy. She was passionate about her work and this showed in her teaching.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. The tutor was engaging and passionate about the course. I enjoyed how she broke the content into games and activities. It did not feel like we had spent 10 hours in a classroom. She was excellent and very helpful.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I felt that the course gave an excellent introduction to studying TEFL in a very positive and supporting way. I felt that clear explanations were given to the different elements of the course and included the rationale behind the statements. The chance to talk with the instructor about his experiences was invaluable. The activities really helped to focus on the objectives of TEFL and working with others helped to clarify things and give support whilst learning.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. He explained everything very well indeed and answered all our questions. He was very supportive and helped us to focus on the objective of each activity. He shared some of his experiences both in this country and overseas working as a TEFL teacher and these were food for thought and may well prepare us for certain situations in the future that may not be covered in a training manual!
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The classroom element of the course (though quite intensive) was well-structured, interesting and very relevant to my needs. The tutor was very well-informed, good at imparting his knowledge, dynamic, attentive, presented the course in an way which held my attention throughout and he was a good motivator.

- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Course was well structured with clear instructions and deliverable. Philly was a great teacher. Lots of content covered including teaching practice which I found very useful.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. Great teacher, friendly, and was clear that she had a lot of relevant experience and could answer any questions the group had.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The group size was good (only 10) which meant plenty of one to one time with the tutor. There was a relaxed atmosphere helping to put everyone at ease when speaking in front of the class.
