Position details
• Start Date: immediate, upon completion of recruitment and onboarding
• Location: 100% remote
• Students: young learners aged 4-16, based in China
• Class Type: one-on-one
• Platform: ClassIn
• Class Duration: 25 minutes
• Support Team: excellent and highly supportive FM team daily
• Contract Type: direct employer hiring (remote), 1-year contract, renewable
• Hours: minimum 14 hours per week, within the teaching window of 12:00-15:30 SAST (18:00-21:30 BJT), Monday to Sunday. You decide how to spread your hours

Requirements- Fluent English speaker with a native or neutral accent
- Accredited TEFL Certificate
- Open 4-6 days per week with at least 14 fixed peak-time hours
- Peak time: 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM Beijing Time, Monday to Sunday
- Stable computer: Intel Core i5 or above, CPU benchmark score 4000+
- Reliable high-speed internet: at least 10 Mbps upload and 30 Mbps download
- Backup power: UPS with 4-5 hours battery life
- Audio/video: noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam
- High-energy, interactive, and brings lessons to life for young learners
- Warm, friendly, and encouraging with a naturally positive attitude
- Patient and empathetic, especially with younger and beginner learners
