How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course?
A.
I'm an extremely introverted person and being given the chance to interact and not be judged was an experience I'll never forget. Also the amount of knowledge I gained from the 1 day class was immense and will be sure to use what I've learnt in the near future.

How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course?
A.
The in-class portion of the course was very immersive, comfortable, and contained worthwhile content. The instructor, Paul, created a dynamic and entertaining learning environment. This allowed all students to feel comfortable sharing and fully engaging with the material. The activities and the time we were required to do in the time allocated were both fair and fun. Listening to my colleagues in my group was an enriching experience, since they came from various backgrounds (a few were mature students with jobs as accountants, philanthropists and business, others were university students close to myself in age and education) and shared interesting ideas and styles. The size of our group was 9, which was allowed plenty of opportunities for each student to participate, as well as practice group and individual activities. Groups larger than 20 would not be as effective in reproducing the skills we learned in that time. The schedule was flexible, and we were given enough breaks given the rigorous 2-day schedule.

A.
Paul was very experienced in instructing adult learners of different languages and backgrounds, and offered valuable, flexible and unbiased advice. He was very personable and had a good sense of humour and attention to student needs. The pace of the class was flexible and democratic, and Paul allowed students to engage with one another. He made all of the content we learned fun, and ensured all understood a lesson before we proceeded to the next.

The course was delivered in a very knowledgeable and professional way by a very experienced teacher who made the two day course extremely interesting.

Good interactive lessons with plenty of ideas and opportunities to practice what was taught.

It was useful to go over some of the course elements in that environment as it made some concepts easier to grasp than just studying it online. It was a good use of time, and fun to participate in.

Built up a great relationship with the class and made learning the sections covered interesting. I also enjoyed her 30 minute lesson in Japanese to allow the class to experience being taught in a non-native language.
