- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Easy question to answer - the whole weekend was brilliant thanks to Michael ! I was very nervous and apprehensive about the course but as soon as the course leader - Michael Walker- introduced himself I relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the whole 20 hours!! The subjects we covered were very varied and had different levels of intensity. I was definitely taken out of my comfort zone but Mick made sure everything was easy to understand and ensured that the whole class was across the task before we moved on to the next subject.

- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. It was very different from what I was initially expecting. However, it was very informative and fun and the teacher was great at her job.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. Helen, our teacher, was extremely friendly and approachable. She was a great instructor and found/used lots of fun methods to teach us the material. You could tell she cared about what she was teaching and knew what she was talking about.

While I was already familiar with the majority of the class material, I definitely learned about useful tips, activities, and resources for TEFL teachers. The instructor, Kelly made sure the class was interesting and relevant to the students in attendance.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. Kelly was professional, she created a comfortable learning environment for her students, and she made sure to focus on keeping students engaged and on teaching relevant information.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I gave that score as the course was very instructive and informative. The tutor was extremely helpful and I feel that I came away from it with a lot more knowledge than when I first started.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. She was friendly and a really good teacher. We all made huge improvements from when we started to when we left thanks to her.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Anne was an experienced and professional lecturer and trainer. She respected us and encouraged us to speak and express our opinions. Although the things we were provided with during the training were not new to me, the course gave me the opportunity to refresh my knowledge of teaching English. Also, I shared my knowledge and teaching experience with other people attending the course.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. As I said, Anne was an experienced professional and I learnt a lot from her.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The teacher is amazing as well as the interaction in the course.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. He used many different ways to make the class enjoyable. Before I came to class, I was worried that how we will tolerate the 10-hour class. However, we didn't feel the time because of our fabulous teacher.
