- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Various reasons; - Firstly, Ann was brilliant. I had travelled a long way to get there and she made sure I was happy the entire time. I have a heart condition and became a little poorly during the second day. Ann ensured I was safe and comfortable the entire time, catering for my needs. She adjusted my teaching practice so I could remain seated and safe. She is also very experienced, knowledgeable, answered every question we had, and got us all involved. It was great fun, she's got a good sense of humour. - Secondly, it was very well organised with very good learning materials, techniques, and hand outs. I'm a teacher in the Independent sector, National Curriculum, and was very pleased with the materials and techniques - it's all very professional. - The location is an excellent choice. Pricing is good and course books are also at a reasonable price. - Very good for beginners and experts alike. Others on the course who weren't already teachers were just as comfortable as I was, Ann explained everything very well and the powerpoints were thorough and easy to understand. - My only complaint would be the date. Making the session during the Easter Holidays was a nightmare - travel is disrupted, couldn't take my nieces on holiday, most people couldn't have attended the session (5 were missing. Would have had a lot more if it wasn't during the holidays)
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. Ann was absolutely fantastic, I honestly can't think of anything negative about her at all, she was great. She covered the course so well and ensured we all understood absolutely everything. This is my fourth course in my teaching career involving teaching practices and it was the most comfortable. I have a heart condition and felt poorly during the second day. Ann made sure I was comfortable and safe throughout the whole day and even arranged my teaching practice so I could stay seated, with plenty of fluids. She also had a great sense of humour and made us all feel really comfortable, preparing us for our practices and games. She told us about her own background to make introductions more personal, explaining our options and our steps after finishing the TEFL course. She was very thorough, clear, and is a very good teacher indeed. Thank you Ann and TEFL Academy.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Because I felt that the delivery was perfectly handled to reach all different students and backgrounds. As someone whom had never before done any training in the area of teaching I wasn't sure what to expect from a two day course and certification but was very pleasantly surprised
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. Because she provided very clearly and well presented information on everything that was discussed and helped to clarify some things that in the theoretical online course seemed very unclear to me

- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Our tutor taught us everything she could within the time frame allowed. I think that the classroom element provided more insight to the online modules and a better understanding. I've learnt a lot during those two days.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. Our tutor was very enthusiastic about teaching us what we need to know to complete the course. She had a good way of bringing information across and she is very knowledgeable about what she teaches.

- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. He used many different ways to make the class enjoyable. Before I came to class, I was worried that how we will tolerate the 10-hour class. However, we didn't feel the time because of our fabulous teacher.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I give this score because I feel satisfied and I have learned new methods and techniques that make my classrooms more interactive and interesting.
