- What are the CELTA and Trinity CertTESOL qualifications?
Both are Level 5 TEFL qualifications, the CELTA offered by Cambridge University and the Trinity CertTESOL by Trinity College London. The main difference between them and our Level 5 TEFL qualification is that they include observed teaching practice.
Although 90% of employers do not ask for these qualifications, some offering very well paid jobs in the Middle East or those based in native-English speaking countries, such as Australia, the UK or the USA, may ask for these qualifications as they are highly respected in the industry.

Accreditation & Quality Assurance
The TEFL Academy was the world’s first TEFL course provider to receive official recognition from government regulated awarding bodies in both the USA and UK. This means when you graduate you’ll hold a globally recognised Level 3 (120hr) Certificate or Level 5 (168hr) Diploma, meaning you can find work anywhere and apply for jobs immediately.
