- Why is it important that our Observed Teaching Practice course is regulated?
Employers will only accept an Observed Teaching Practice course as a CELTA or Trinity CertTESOL equivalent qualification if it sits on the Ofqual Register of Regulated Qualifications. This is because regulated qualifications ensure that the trainers observing the lessons and providing feedback are suitably qualified.
You can find our qualification on the Ofqual Register of Regulated Qualifications here.

Accreditation & Quality Assurance
The TEFL Academy was the world’s first TEFL course provider to receive official recognition from government regulated awarding bodies in both the USA and UK. This means when you graduate you’ll hold a globally recognised Level 3 (120hr) Certificate or Level 5 (168hr) Diploma, meaning you can find work anywhere and apply for jobs immediately.
